We will happily issue a full refund or a store credit within 30 days of delivery, if you are not 100% happy with your order.
At FAZ Jewelry we accept returns under the following conditions :
- Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
- Returned items must be unused / unworn
- Returned must be received within 30 days of delivery date*
- If you do not contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to offer a refund.
- Please ensure that we receive any returns within 15 days from the date you requested the return to be processed or we will be unable to process the refund
Shipping fee are not Refundable: Shipping fees are paid to the postal office and not us. If you paid a shipping fee for your order then the Shipping Fee will be deducted from your refund and/or store credit. The remaining balance will be refunded or provided as a store credit for future purchases. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
How do I return an item?

We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS in Canada.
Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been and will process the refund/exchange/ or store credit right away.
Return Shipping costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will receive a refund or store credit for the exact price you pay for the product(s) minus any fees and/or coupons used if applicable.

Return Policy on Custom and Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized jewelry is made to order with specific customer requirements in mind, we are not able to process returns for any Custom or Personalized items. All sales are final on these items.
